Sonic identity
Music and percussion establish emotional stakes, rhythm and the physical language of the world.
LuCre8zOriginal animation + music world · in development
An Afro-samurai-inspired action world where rhythm, movement, battle and memory are inseparable from the story.

The creative system
Ashes of the Drum is conceived through sound as much as image. Percussion, rhythm and sonic identity inform the energy of movement, conflict and atmosphere rather than being added after the story is built.
The project combines animation development, cinematic action, music and cultural worldbuilding. Public materials communicate the creative direction while protecting unreleased mythology, characters and narrative details—including the deeper internal philosophy known as Bladesong.
Visual development
Early environment and action studies explore the contrast between Ki’tego, the controlled Upper City, and Old Mbongwana, the tradition-led Lower City. The battle imagery establishes the scale, urgency and physical energy envisioned for the animated world.
