LuCre8z originates and develops creative IP, experience concepts and the systems that hold them together. Depending on scope, we collaborate with specialized programmers, engineers, animators, technical artists, fabricators, producers and venue partners for execution.
This model keeps the creative vision centralized while bringing in the precise technical expertise a project requires. Partner relationships are actively being developed as the immersive practice grows.

No project begins on assumptions. We talk first, define the work, document the agreement and create from an approved plan.

Every potential engagement starts with a conversation to understand goals, needs and fit.
Deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, revisions, investment and payment schedule are defined.
The contract is reviewed and signed, and the required payment or deposit is received.
Work begins from the approved scope with scheduled communication and review points.
Approved files, recommendations or next-stage materials are prepared and delivered.
Planning ahead: Reach out at least two to four weeks before your desired start or delivery window. Larger, technical or multi-phase projects may require more lead time.
Rush requests: Considered case by case based on scope and studio capacity. Acceptance is not guaranteed and an additional rush fee may apply.

Two to four weeks is recommended for focused work. Larger, multi-phase, animation, technical or immersive projects may need additional planning time.
Rush availability depends on the work, schedule and resources required. It is reviewed case by case, may include an additional fee and is never guaranteed.
Payment requirements and milestones are stated in the proposal and agreement. Work begins after the signed agreement and required payment or deposit. Payment plans may be available depending on the engagement; final deliverables are released after the agreed balance is complete.
The number of included review rounds is defined in the scope. Changes outside that scope or additional revisions may require a change order, updated timeline and additional fee.
LuCre8z leads the concept, creative direction, experience framework and development strategy. Specialized technical partners are assembled as needed for programming, engineering, fabrication and production.
Yes. LuCre8z is based in South Carolina and can collaborate with clients and partners remotely.
Yes. Additional relevant work may be shared during the consultation when appropriate.

Some concept-development imagery may use AI-assisted tools for exploration and previsualization. Usage is disclosed where relevant, and final production methods, rights and deliverables are defined within each project scope.
